Processing time can vary, especially during busy seasons, but is generally estimated at 3-5 days. An estimated delivery date will be provided in your order confirmation email. 

We offer custom embroidery on a wide variety of products, including security blankets, plush blankets, towels, robes and some jackets or outfits. 

If the product you are looking at can be embroidered, a button labeled PERSONALIZE will appear below the ADD TO CART button. Make sure to click PERSONALIZE and select your embroidery options before adding the product to your cart.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer embroidery on items not already indicated on the website. If you would like to see it offered on additional products, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team and let them know!

We offer personalized embroidery for names, initials, or even birthdays and custom sentiments. Names and messages are limited to 10 characters due to space restrictions and there may be exclusions on special characters or numbers in some fonts. 

Monogramming typically uses the initials of the full name. Our options follow the traditional format of: first initial, last initial (larger), and middle initial (e.g., JDR for John Robert Doe). Embroidery will be completed exactly as it is previewed so double check that letters are in the correct spots prior to purchase.

We offer a wide range of thread colors to suit your preferences. Some colors, such as black and white, will easily match most pieces. When selecting from our broader range of colors, make sure to select a thread color that will stand out from the blanket, towel, outfit, or robe you are purchasing. For instance, avoid using lavender thread on a purple product. Keep in mind that some colors may look slightly different on fabric compared to digital displays. 

Embroidery involves stitching the design directly onto fabric using threads, which provides a textured, long-lasting design. Screen printing, on the other hand, is a process of applying ink to the fabric which may fade with regular wear and cleaning. Premium embroidery ensures that your gift can last well beyond its initial use as a keepsake memento. 

To ensure the longevity of your embroidered item, follow all care instructions included with your piece. For most products, machine washing in cold water and tumble dry on low is recommended. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents that could damage the threads.

When placing your order, the on-screen preview is designed to provide an approximation of how your completed piece will look. With product and thread colors, digital displays and computer or phone settings can affect the exact tone of your selected color. Additionally, because each piece is worked individually and name lengths or character sizes may differ, our embroidery team makes creative decisions on the exact embroidery location which may cause a slight variation to the website preview. 

Once your order has been placed, you can reach out to our Customer Service team to make any changes within 24 hours. For items requiring custom embroidery, once we have started the embroidery process we will not be able to accept any changes.  Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM EST until 5:00 PM EST. If you have reached us after hours, please leave a message and we will be happy to help as soon as we are available.

We are unable to accept embroidered items as a return or an exchange. We do our best to embroider all items to your satisfaction but occasionally mistakes are made.
